About Me

Hi I am Fiona,

I am an accredited Well-being Life Coach offering a welcoming, friendly and approachable service.

After 20  years working in the Early Years sector, working through the ranks, managing a team and working for Ofsted over the last few years, only underpins my passion for detail, personal integrity and commitment to the task in hand. I have been a mentor and coach for many years, leading and managing teams and individulas from all walks of life.

My qualifications include: Certificate of Wellbeing Life Coach, MentalHealth First Aid, BA HONS in Early Childhood Studies, EYPS, Forest School Leader, Mentoring for Professional Development.

I am a member of the Association for coaching and have a current DBS which is on the update service.

Throughout our lives, we can easily lose ourselves amongst other demands that are placed on us. This was certainly the case for me, acknowledging how my job absorbed me and how that it had consumed me for just shy of 13 years, something needed to change. Whenever I have experienced stress in my life, I threw myself further and further in to my work which became a barrier to other things and openings.

2020, brought great sadness and shock to our family as my Dad passed away in May. He was a fit workaholic whom I share many of his traits!

It stirred something up in me and I knew things had to change personally to be more present in everyday situations and enjoy other things not only work. Change in a new direction was needed and after a few weeks break and realising that I was that "go to person" it soon became clear and I did know what I enjoyed doing and that was helping others to achieve.
