What is Well-being?

Well-being is a focus on the whole being as the holistic person - Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spirituality.

What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a resource to use, helping you to engage in change, offering a supportive helping hand to a more fulfilled and happy life, achieving your goals through my friendly proactive approach and accountability.

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to differing situations. With my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.

What is a Well-being Life Coach - and my role in your journey to achieve your goal?

As your coach it is my role to clarify and interpret what an individual is needing out of life, to discover what has to be changed,  finding a different perception, a new belief, habits, attitude, behaviour and to guide the client from their starting point to their goal. This allows the client to feel better about themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually as a holistic person.

As a coach I provide motivation, passion and accountability towards your goal. I can help yo to see what you are saying and/or doing which allows you to understand your own barriers and triggers to meeting your goal.

My role is to be non-judgemental, to ask great questions, to get the client thinking and moving forward, to help them to uncover what the biggest issues are and to find strategies and solutions that create impactful change.

A coach does not give advice. Instead, through the power of asking questions I will 'pull' the answers out of the client. The assumption being the client often knows what they need or want but are asking the wrong questions or not quite sure how to go about moving forward. The coach asks the right questions. A coach identifies the client's prowess and capabilities and align them to their goals ensuring they create the change necessary.

Whether there's one part of your life or multiple changes to make, you can use Well-being Life Coaching to move forward to live the life you desire. You will notice that you think differently and start to make plans and make changes towards the better version of you.

Using my own style enhanced with "The Grow Model" of coaching I will help to turn the mud clear as your thinking becomes less of a muddle and offer more clarity and to goal plan together in realistic terms to fit with your life commitments.

With coaching, you can move from present to life goal with only a few tweaks and commitment to yourself.
